I started Bitwise after I finished university as a Graduate Engineer. Flash forward five years and I am now a Team Leader with one of our key clients; I didn't originate from an embedded software background, but that's not stopped me.
Bitwise has multiple different projects in different sectors, from this you get real world experience in a selection of different disciplines – which is very appealing. Everyone I have worked with has taken the time to imprint their knowledge on me, and I am definitely a better software engineer for it.
